Like a walk on a beach...in Arizona.

That's how I describe the new jewelry pieces I'm working on.  Lately I've been drawn to natural, organic forms and materials. While I've always loved turquoise and coral, my decision to pair them with freshwater pearls and drilled driftwood has taken my jewelry in a new direction. It's like my time in Maui and Tucson earlier this year formed some kind of bond inside my head.

My fascination with vintage tea towels continues with more market bags and brand new pocketed placemats and napkins.  I think it was my time off last year that has influenced my desire to sew some home decorative items.  Here's a sneak peak at a few pieces:

I'm busy creating inventory for Artistic License which will be held on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29 at Estancia Park in Costa Mesa, CA. More information to follow!
