My most recent book is available at the Blurb Bookstore. I made a few tweaks since the first edition and corrected a couple typos, too. Those darn typos! I edited, I spellchecked, I re-edited and they still survived! But they're gone now! So for those of you who ordered the first edition, you are in possession of a true collector's item. :)
