About lorimarsha

Lorimarsha
Wear. Smile. Repeat.

Lori Sandstedt's vintage-inspired designs set stylish women apart through her unexpected mix of color, textiles and trims.  Her head turning garments are known for their unique reverse treatments...creating smiles when the wearer walks away.

Lori’s design process is intuitive. Drawn to natural fabrics and unique treatments, she visualizes the disparate pieces as raw materials ready for transformation.  She loves the hunt- continuously scouring flea markets and thrift stores to source her raw materials. The second-hand garments and textiles are reworked and renewed in her Redlands, CA studio.  She works without patterns or sketches, relying on the dress form as  her guide. Her clothing line, aptly named Re:find Goods,  includes dresses, tunics, skirts and wedding gowns. Each is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

Twice nominated for Niche Awards- which recognize fine American craft- her work has been featured in numerous magazines and books.  She sells her work at a few select shows in Southern California and in private showings in her studio. You can follow her blog at http://www.lorimarsha.com where she writes about her current projects and shares her colorful, inspiring photographs.
